Perspectives Spaces and Campana Studios are pleased to announce the opening of Mending Space, an exhibition including works from Southern California-based artists Kelsey Overstreet, Karina Bania, Veronica Bruce Woodward, Inge Flinte, Jori Johnson, Sarah Shreves, Bethany Kelley. 

Mending Space is an artist curated exhibition and reflects the close working nature of these seven female artists included in the show.   

The show is supported by Campana Studios, a visual arts nonprofit that creates platforms for artists to engage in our communities.  Perspectives Space is a creative community space that facilitates connections between the arts, sciences and civic leadership.  

The artist reception will be held on Friday, July 15th, 2022 from 5PM-8PM at Perspectives Space, 555 2nd Street, Encinitas, CA. The show will be on view from July 15th to August 17th. Please visit perspectivesspace.com for additional events, guided tours and screenings.

This annual exhibit, the signature event of the Brea Gallery for 36 years, continues to explore artistic movements happening in California, featuring artists working in a huge array of mediums and styles. This show is a diverse cross-section of creativity from across the state and always surprising. A solo show, featuring a body of work by one artist, is also on view. Opening Reception is Saturday, April 30 5-7pm.
